The location of this hotel is fantastic! It's right next to the Financial Center metro station, which means you can easily get around the city. the staff here are incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Mr Nihad at the front desk who ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. the room service is top-notch, and the Rotana club facility was a nice addition for a bit of relaxation. the staff even surprised me with a birthday party – such a thoughtful touch!

While my stay was mostly great, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. the breakfast service could be a bit more organized, as staff had to frequently go back and forth to the kitchen for utensils.

At this hotel, I was in a suite on one of the highest floors, giving me a great view of the city. The amenities were top-notch, especially the rooftop pool and dining options. I loved that I could squeeze in a workout at the gym and then relax at the spa. The location was superb, near many attractions. The staff made my stay special, even remembering my love for healthy juices! Can't wait for my next stay in this perfect spot for work and play.

The One Bedroom Suite with Lounge Access was like a dreamy haven! The spacious luxury bedroom and living room, with stunning views from the 11th to 27th floor, were perfect for our family. The full ceramic bathroom with a bathtub felt luxurious and cozy.

Personally, I found the view from the 41st to 47th floor a bit less captivating.

We had a great experience at Rayhaan By Rotana. the staff was friendly and always happy to assist. We booked the club option and enjoyed the convenience of a separate check-in desk on the 6th floor. Our receptionist even granted us a later check-out time when our room wasn't ready upon arrival. the canapés, drinks, and breakfast were all delicious. We also appreciated the complimentary airport transfer and secure baggage storage. Our room on the 47th floor offered an amazing view of the city. we would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

The hotel's strategic location made it convenient for exploring key attractions and accessing public transportation easily. the only minor downside was the limited breakfast menu option that could be more diverse.

The staff were so accommodating, they even moved me to a bigger room. The room was always clean, thanks to team Imran! Definitely coming back and recommending this place.

The unnecessary kitchen equipment in the "upgrade" room was just what I always wanted. Not an upgrade at all.

Excellent location with superior customer care at Rose Rayhaan By Rotana. The Bell Desk mister made our New Year's Eve memorable. The room was comfortable. Small reception area. Although an issue with the internet, the overall experience was great thanks to the staff.

The elevators were not synchronized, leading to long wait times. the breakfast room was crowded and some items were frequently out of stock.

We stayed in a convenient location with easy access to the metro and financial center. The convention center was only a short walk away. Our room was spacious and quiet, with fast Wi-Fi and helpful, friendly staff.

The hotel reception tried to scam us by charging us extra for a high floor despite already paying for it and charging us for breakfast when we couldn't even eat it due to an early flight.

The location is excellent, close to DIFC, Dubai Mall, and Sh. Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Comfortable beds. Great for families and ladies.

We had a great stay here. The location is perfect, right next to a metro station that led straight into the centre. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure our room was always clean and comfortable. I chose to stay at this hotel for a work meeting, and the conference area located on two floors was impressive. The 7 meeting rooms were all equipped with modern audio-visual facilities and wire-free connections, which made it convenient for my business needs as a traveler with most meetings in the DIFC.

The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with printing and scanning facilities to support my work requirements during my stay.

I recently stayed at Rayhaan By Rotana for 4 nights during Ramadan. The complementary upgrade on check-in was greatly appreciated. The kitchenette in the room was a lifesaver during Ramadan when few food outlets are open. The location next to the Metro station was very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is just 5 minutes from Dubai Mall. The breakfast was generous and varied. Room service was fast and helpful. a top quality hotel experience.

The beds at Rayhaan By Rotana are like sleeping on a cloud. the friendly staff makes your stay even more enjoyable. No need to bring your own adapter. the hotel also offers a bar on the 43rd floor with a great open terrace. Taxi drivers easily recognize the hotel. Dubai Mall is a short distance away, with the option to take the metro or visit nearby Starbucks and pharmacy.

The location of the hotel was amazing, close to the metro, exhibition and Financial Center metro station, Burjkhalifa Metro. The hotel facilities were great, including a spacious and clean room with washer and dryer. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly.

During my business trip to Dubai, I had the pleasure of staying at Rayhaan By Rotana. The hotel's recreation area is truly impressive, offering a rejuvenating experience with its Bodylines Fitness & Wellness Club. The treatment rooms for massage and skincare were a haven of relaxation, allowing me to unwind after long days of meetings and work. The professional staff ensured that I felt pampered and rejuvenated, making my stay truly memorable.

Breakfast unfortunately not as much as I expected to be, not much options and everyday the same, carpets in the room have to be cleaned as well coz me and my 9 months old baby got some red spots on our body during stay, maybe its also from washing powder but hotel have to think about cleaning rooms more properly coz its easy to get some infection, especially for infants and small babies.

The service, cleanliness, and location of this hotel were absolutely top-notch, making it stand out from other places I've stayed before; they really know how to treat their guests like VIPs here 🌟. The gym and the swimming pool were excellent spaces to unwind after a long day of exploring the city, with a bonus of fantastic views of the surrounding towers. One small thing, I wish there was a power plug in the bathroom for hair dryers, but it's really no biggie.

I was worried about the elevators based on previous reviews, but thankfully I never waited more than a few minutes. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had a good selection. I had a pleasant stay at Rayhaan By Rotana.

Perfect location, conveniently situated between the airport and Dubai Marina with easy access to the Financial Centre and Burj Khalifa. Breathtaking views from the 32nd floor overlooking the sea and even the World islands. Though the breakfast room could be bigger, the food was plentiful and delicious. The pool was warm and had a great atmosphere, especially in the evenings. Appreciated the free bus service to La Mer beach. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, even upgrading our room when we requested a higher floor. The restaurant was excellent, though they did forget to charge for the juice. Super fast elevators and fantastic views of Burj Khalifa. The room and housekeeping were always top-notch. The staff were accommodating and friendly, especially towards our small kids. Despite the pool being under renovation, we were offered shuttle buses to a neighboring hotel with pool access. Rose Rayhaan exceeded all expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

The elevators are extremely slow; at times there was a wait of 10 minutes to get down from the 38th floor. The breakfast room needs to be managed better; there is a long line waiting while there are plenty of tables available that just need to be cleaned off faster. The choice of food was excellent.

At my first stay, the staff helped me find my lost car keys. Everything I need is here - Wi-Fi, rooftop pool, spa, 24-hour room service, and more. It suits me perfectly. Coming back for the weekend.
